I made a "gift" for my sister. :'D She doesn't like owls, so I tried to make one into a Dandipuff Species to kinda soften her up to the idea that they can be cyoot.
Tbh, it reminds me of Rowlett. .-.

OwlPuff can be active in the day, but they're more night creatures. Instead of deep throated hoots you hear from normal ones, these guys let the lightest of hoots
If you're wondering if they can spin their heads like owls do... Well, no. They don't have necks. xD They're puffballs!
They're also the type of Puff that eats meat. They hunt at night to snag field mice and garden snakes.
