*cannot resell if you paid fake currency/art/trade (those can only be traded/gifted, or sold for a fake currency other than DA points)
*cannot resell for more than the original amount unless there's extra >paid< art
*free/gift designs may only be traded/gifted, can't sell them

*pay then the adopt is yours (for art payment I'll keep the adopt for you until the art is posted, then it's yours)

took out the "toyhou.se required" rule, it's Colors and I think most people here can't access other sites >.<
