hey its gonna get better. idk if what i say helps but theres so much shit lifes gonna throw at you and the fact that u made it this far shows how strong and capable you are. your still here and living and im proud of you for that. sometimes the strongest thing people can do is wake up and start the day. i hope everything gets better. just know people are there for you okay
