Re// it's really easy! All you needa do is use the blur brush on a small size (not super small) but big enough to where it give a slight blur effect. Then just draw all the individual strokes of hair (not too small) and then once ur done with the primary shading use the blur brush at a big size and blur usually the roots of the hair and anywhere that's more shadier (like the hair below the ears and down the neck)
