Kuruki: Him.. He was once called Ovaris the Wise, a savant with understanding dragons. But he was very vain, thinking we Dragonkin would be nothing without him to guide us. Then when he heard about the Dragon Stones, he sought them for his own personal gain.
When he was denied, he summoned a dragon to attack my town so he could steal them in the chaos.
