Featured are two important males of the time when Mau was alive. So a very, very long time ago...
On the left, his name is a secret for now. But he was a storm variant, plagued with guilt and wanting a way to save himself, before he lost himself.
So he sought out the Male on the right, Neal, the active royal variant at the time of the Poison Wars.
??? had nearly lost his life, he had had that "life flashing before your eyes" moment and realized he'd done nothing good with his life. He didn't want to die like that, doing no good with his life.
That is where Neal comes in, the older royal (but not elderly, just older than ???) had experience with redeeming oneself. Neal had been feared at one point in his life, he had made a terrible reputation for himself in his first 1000 years. But someone had come along and opened his eyes...
Neal had found who he was supposed to be and it's how he gained his stripes as a royal. Instead of one starting violent fights, he was ending them, peacefully.
He believed others were capable of change too, he would always give others a second chance at life, one shot to redeem themselves. He would tell stories of who he was, who had come along and saved him, and how he would cringe at the things he had done and said (it was very edgy)...

Neal had been known as the ram, you may be familiar with the current days storm variant Riko? Well he gained inspiration from stories of Neal. Though he doesn't know Neal's name, because it was forgotten in time.
Unlike Riko, Neal's ram could not be stopped, in either form. Orion, Raven and Oblivion could not stop him. Neal's ram could shatter a Zeharu's ribcage (Raven experienced that...)
He was a powerful royal and that's why many sought him out, feeling safe when around him. His short stature was a shock to most at first (He stood at 5'4), but he could build confidence in others with his raw physical power, his motivational speeches and his compassionate heart.
One of his most trusted friends was the storm variant who is featured above...
But neither Neal or the Storm Variant are remembered in current days. They have been forgotten by time. But Neal wouldn't have cared, he died knowing he'd saved more lives than he took and helped changed some Zeharu's ways of thinking. That's all he wanted, a positive impact on others, even if his name was lost in time.

Aah, this is super interesting, I love how developed your characters are! It's a bit sad that both were lost to time, but it's still super interesting :0
