Contest entry for Deviant Art's CosmicCorsairChallenge... Um, So I won't hafta rewrite on my Android:
This #pirate #captain is from a #nomad race of #aliens which normally take up nest in beautiful areas, but due to humans' sucessfully colonizing on other planets.. #Raen's home is destroyed, and to compensate, the race tries to fight back.. but is mostly destroyed. Raen's part of the few who survived and actively hunts human settlments and booty for vegeance and for a new home..

Yea he is the 4th!
A few weeks ago I watched this video about Dragon Ball and it was revealed in DBS Broly that Vegeta is actully the 4th to be named Vegeta in the royal saiyan family blood line!
