GENERAL RULES:

- No OP characters. Of course, everyone has a different idea of what 'OP' means, so I can't give any specific examples. Just use common sense and try not to do anything that seems unfair to others.
- No controlling other players' characters.
- Be civil. I'm not a referee and I don't want to be constantly breaking up fights. If you have a problem with another player, please tell me about it outside the RP.
- Extremely explicit violence and explicit se.xual content are not allowed. (C'mon guys, none of us want to be reported to Colors.)
- This RP is LGBT-friendly; some of the characters being used aren't straight and if you can't at least tolerate that in a civil way, you probably shouldn't join.

Aaaand finally, onto...

CHARACTER INFO:

Caelum is inhabited by a wide variety of sentient species. To get an idea of the kinds of characters you could use, here's a quick list:

- Humans *
- Vampires **
- Dragons
- Animal shapeshifters
- Anthropomorphic animals
- Witches/sorcerers
- Ghosts
- Undead creatures/zombies

* Ordinary humans cannot have any magical powers.
** Vampires in my world have some specific traits/abilities:
- They aren't harmed by sunlight
- They look like humans with red eyes and fangs
- They can live indefinitely, and don't age past the point they became a vampire
- Only a few things can kill them, including decapitation and a wooden stake through the heart.

And finally, some rules on entering characters into the RP:

- Make them a ref. It doesn't need to be complicated, we just need to know what they look like. If you can't make one due to not having a working 3DS, you can use a character you already have art of, or just give a description of the character on the signups post.
- Please include some basic info about them like age, height, species, personality, etc.
- Characters can't be more than 20ft tall in any form. (This is because Caelum is a dense city, and things might get difficult if they were any bigger.)
- There is no limit on how many characters you can enter. Just use as many as you're comfortable with.

Signups aren't open just yet, but if I think enough people are interested, then I'll open signups probably sometime in the next few weeks. They'll be another post to announce it.

Another thing I forgot to mention! Your characters don't /have/ to be entertainers of any kind, they can just be normal citizens.
