Something that's been sitting in my offline gallery forever and figured I'd post what I've got on it so far cuz I'm gonna use it as my creature for day 16
maybe males have smaller wings. Females have the larger ones. Or other way around? Maybe used as mating display? Vicious, maybe territorial? Lay eggs or maybe live birth. Thinking a sort of in between stage where if the females bodies can't handle the baby or mothers don't want the baby they lay eggs, others are able to take the time and are safe enough to have live birth which takes a longer time for the baby to form than egg laying ones. *thonks more*

& i like that idea of one of the sexes having bigger wings! maybe if it's definitely females that have bigger wings and if egg laying's a thing, the bigger wings could be so the females can fan them out over the nest to protect it or something?
i dunno tho, just throwin somethin out there to try to help with ideas & junk-
