So he's a vampire that looks like an elf and has (snake like) tounges in his canines [incase you couldn't figure out from the drawing]

the tounges can absorb blood really fast (or slow, the speed can be controlled by the user) and essentially can be used to hold things, they cannot be sliced by sharp objects

he doesn't burn in the sun
