you can use a capacitive stylus (I do it all the time on MarioMaker2 to draw comments) but when I asked the colors team about WiiU they said no, not sure if they'll consider the switch or not

the colors team IS making a switch release, they've been showing previews and such on their discord server
so yeah, thee's that!! release date is very unsure right now though
