BIO: She's a caring, yet adventurous individual who roams by herself often. At Certain times, when she's alone it's possible for her to glow instinctively to let loved ones know where she is, which lead to her name as she resembles a star when this happens.
POWERS: Lightning control from herself and outside sources. And Electrical instinct, which means knowledge on all things electricity is natural for her, leading her performing feats which doesn't seem normal given her abilities (From the star-thing from earlier to pulling stuff from space!)
