{Upon hearing Whitney’s voice, Lucci speaks.}
Lucci: “Miss Lockwood? Hi, my name is Lucci. I’m over here in Sovereign City, and I’m afraid your son Crowley has gotten himself into a bit of trouble. I was hoping you could come down here, pick him up, and set him straight.”

'Oh... just a second, please.' Whitney turned around to speak to someone else in the room, although Lucci would still be able to hear her through the phone. 'Rook? We need to go to Sovereign City. Crowley's there.'

'Crowley?!' a deep, gruff voice responded. 'What's he doing there? We haven't seen him in months.'

'I don't know, but apparently he's gotten himself in trouble again. There's this man named Lucci who wants us to go pick him up.'

Rook sighed. 'Alright, we'll go. But I'm keeping an eye on him when we get there. I don't want him trying to hurt Lucifer again.'

Whitney turned back to the phone. 'We'll be over in a little while. I'm sorry my son's been causing you problems.'

{Lucci chuckles a bit and glances over at Crowley.}

Lucci: “Well, the boy seems troubled, so I thought you could help. He’ll be in the dungeon when you arrive.”

{He then motions for Frederick to give him the chains.}

'You can't lock me up!' Crowley yelled. 'I'll just escape again, just like I did last time! You can't stop me!'

Frederick walked over and handed Lucci the shackles, giving Crowley a concerned glance as he passed.

'We're coming over now,' said Whitney. 'It'll probably be at least twenty minutes before we can get there. See you then.' She then hung up to go get ready. She hadn't sounded very happy, but most people probably wouldn't be happy to have Crowley for a son.

{Lucci puts the phone down, nods thanks to Frederick, and approaches Crowley.}

Lucci: “This will be a lot easier for you if you don’t resist.”

{Lucci then walks through the ward, chain in hand.}

As soon as Lucci passed through the ward, Crowley immediately leapt up, slashing at Lucci's face with his front claws. 'Come near me and I'll rip all the organs out of your body and scatter them across the land, just like I'm gonna do to Lucifer when I see him!'

'Well, this might be funny to watch,' Armin muttered, while Rex just stared at the whole scene in disbelief.

{When Crowley slashed at Lucci, his claws cut through his face. However, no blood was spilled. The cuts annealed instantly, like Crowley was clawing at play dough. Just then , the chains sprung to life, ensnaring and restraining Crowley. }

Lucci: “Don’t say I didn’t warn you.”

Crowley yelped and lost his balance, struggling for a brief moment before he toppled to the ground on his side, face contorted in fury. 'I'll kill you!' he screeched. 'I'll get out and then I'll freaking kill you somehow!'

Armin sighed. 'And once again, he completely underestimates everyone who isn't himself.'

{Lucci stoops down and grabs the end of Crowley’s tail.}

Lucci: “Crowley, I can’t die, because I was never alive to begin with. Pythia, you can drop the ward now, he’s not a threat. Yes, Armin, That’s Why he’s almost died nearly a half dozen times since Sargon’s uprising.”

{Pythia lowers the ward. She breathing more heavily and shaking. Holding the ward up for so long seems to have been tiring.}

Crowley continued struggling and shouting threats as Lucci grabbed hold of him. 'You think that bringing my mum into this is gonna make a difference?! I'm not gonna go with her! As soon as you let me out of that stupid prison, I'll come back and rip you /all/ apart!'

Armin, noticing Pythia's condition, sidled up to her. 'Hey, are you alright? I didn't know holding up that ward for so long would be difficult.'

Lucci: "Crowley, If you don't shut it, I will slap you again."

{Pythia just looks really stressed. She starts to walk away, rubbing her face.}

Pythia: "It's not just that, Armin...I wasn't supposed to do that...I wasn't supposed to do that..."

'Ooooh, you'll /slap/ me? Well, I'd /gut/ you if I could!' Crowley responded.

Frederick sighed. 'Can we just get him up to the dungeon now? Nobody wants to listen to his madness any longer than necessary.'

Armin raised an eyebrow, clearly not understanding. 'I don't see the problem. It's not like you /hurt/ him or anything.'

{Lucci starts to drag Crowley away by the tail.}
Lucci: "Fred, does this city have any scrap metal and leather lying about? I'd like to make a muzzle."

{Pythia sits down in front of a building, her back to the brick wall. She cradles her head in their hand.}
Pythia: "I'm not supposed to pick sides, Armin. I'm just supposed to heal the sick and protect /my/ patients. I'm not supposed to get involved like that."

Crowley spluttered. 'You /what?!'/

Frederick eyed Lucci sideways, not sure whether he was being serious or not. 'Well, there might be some in the dungeon... we could look when we get there.'

Armin looked surprised. 'But that's ridiculous. All you were doing was stopping him from tearing everybody else to pieces. You were trying to protect us. Besides, who says you're not supposed to do it?'

{Lucci squints.}
Lucci: "I mean...I see some down in the dungeon, but I don't know if it's scrap or not. Yes, Crowley, your voice is grating, so I'm going to muzzle you until your family gets here."

{The strange thing about this was that they were nowhere near the dungeon yet.}

{That seems to be little comfort to Pythia.}
Pythia: "My religion, Armin. I need to remain neutral in all matters. If I have bias, it hinders my ability to help all who need it."

"Don't worry, I can probably do a good job of holding his mouth shut. If you put him down I can just stand on his snout."

Mortikai grins, taking on his lion form (his strongest) as his body twists into a black mass, the grin curling his muzzle. He knew that if he stayed back, he wouldn't be noticed, and therefore wouldn't be attacked. Though he had to take this chance for a little taunt, a little mischief.

"How are you, Crowley? Been keeping well since we last met?"

Crowley opened his mouth to snap back at Lucci, then froze when he finally noticed Mortikai among the group. 'Oh hey, it's the cat guy who works for an evil spirit and stuff! Hi Morty! Been having fun with your pathetic little family?' he said with a nasty grin, looking for all the world like he /wasn't/ being dragged along by his tail.

Fred gave Lucci a sharp look, but said nothing.

'Look,' said Armin. 'You did it once. You were trying to do what was best in the situation. I think you can be forgiven for making /one/ mistake.'

{Lucci chuckles at Mortikai’s statement as he drags Crowley along.}
Lucci: “Why the look, Frederick? Was it something I said?”

Pythia: “Ooooh, my higher up might not see it that way. If he catches wind of this, I could be expelled from the order...”

Frederick shook his head with a sigh. 'Never mind. It's probably just a demigod thing.'

Armin shrugged. 'If he does, then you'll just have to explain the circumstances and hope that he understands. But you don't need to worry about it right now. There's no point in worrying about something that hasn't happened yet.'

{Lucci just looks confused, but carries on anyway.}

{Pythia looks up at Armin.}

Pythia: “I suppose you’re right. I just really hope he doesn’t find out. This job is all I have...”

'I'm sure that with your skills, you could find something else to do if the worst happens,' said Armin, not sounding too concerned. 'Out of curiosity, how long have you been doing this job?'

Pythia: Oh,....twelve years about. I’ve worked really hard to get here. I don’t want it to end like this.”

Mortikai laughs, but it's not a good-natured one.

"Yes, I have actually. Thank you for asking. Seems I've been having a lot more fun than you have, what with me walking freely while you're being dragged along and clad in chains."

He rolls his shoulders as he pads along. It'd been a while since he'd taken this form, so he had to get comfortable.

As the group drew nearer to the prison, Crowley continued to snarl and hiss at both Morty and Lucci.

'You think you're so tough, cat boy?' he jeered as he watched Mortikai walking behind the group in his lion form. 'I bet you were hiding in a corner with your stupid family the whole time everyone was fighting Sargon's lot.'

Frederick hurried ahead of everyone else to unlock the door to the prison building. Apparently, being one of the royal guards, he possessed a key.

{Lucci nods to Frederick as he enters the prison, Crowley in tow. He says nothing, not wanting to interrupt.}

(No new room today?)

(Nah, not today. Since this is kinda just a random, unscheduled RP, I'm probably not going to be posting new rooms every Saturday. I usually only post a new room when the old one gets too full.)

(Sorry for the long silence here. I've been a bit busy lately and not really felt like RPing, but I hope to post a new room sometime soon and revive this RP.
Maybe when I do, we can timeskip to a new scene.)

(Honestly, I thought we were just waiting for @King. :p If we were to time skip, to what point would we go?)

(I was waiting for King too, at least during the first few days, but me being dead was also a part of it. XD

I'm not sure. Maybe we could jump to Dianne's return. I'm interested to see her reaction to Lucci being here.)

(Ok, we could do that, but how would we resolve the current situation with Crowley?)

(Hmm, I forgot about him. Maybe we should keep going with this scene until Crowley's family arrives? It'd be fun to introduce them.)

(Yeah, I’d like that. The Lockwoods seem like a memorable bunch.)

(Crowley is not going to be happy to see them. XD

I'll try to post a fresh room maybe next weekend, and we can continue this then.)
