the ring was the hardest part of the drawing by far so i struggled a lot on it's perspective and stuff, so ty for pointing that out lol
i think i do get what you mean by it "tapering", buuuut if you did draw something that would be helpful

Re: It was a weird show, and it was very popular in Norway. Many, many years after it aired, we got it on dvd, which was awesome, haha! I'm sure at least some of the music videos from the show are on youtube, like the themesong "Les mondes engloutis", and the pirates song which I think was called "Les dance de pirates" (I can't speak or write french!) :D

Reply: Well, I'm aiming for Caelum to be a pretty chill RP, so there's no pressure to participate every single week (I used to do another RP with someone who would disappear for months at a time, and he didn't mess up the RP at all. We just worked around it).

So if you feel like joining, it's alright to just jump in and write something whenever you have the time. You can even drop into the room and post a reply after the main RP session is over, if you want to stay on top of things better.

So if you do want to give it a go, I'd be happy to have you. It's up to you. :)

The reason it's a DTA is that I just find the other adopts harder to choose the winners on because there's only words to go off of and a lot of times there are so many really good entries.

I'm sorry but do you want me to break down? Dont tell me my art isn't important just because you see my ds as some sort of game device and how you despise games. I get I have a baby to watch and with everything else going on if I loose all of that I dont even know how I would react. It was hard enough trying to sleep last night at all in the fear of loosing everything. If I loose the progress I have with my half of the art trade and other pictures I've got I... I dont even know. It all means so much. My way of dealing and helping distract myself and to others isn't even deemed important enough right now. I get we're under stress from other things and I would like to get it fixed as soon as possible but I would wait til the current situation was over. I hate how she always jumps to conclusions or I just dont do it right or it doesn't matter by her standards. I'm so mentally a wreck I nearly told her to shut up and started crying. I just want it to get fixed. I cant even explain to her how much it means to me. Its alright if you cant offer and knowledge on the matter. I've looked up about as much as I can so the next best thing is to get it looked at by someone in the right field to see if they can fix it. I know it wont happen now. I only hope its able to be saved at all or transferred to a new one some how. Sorry I feel like a lot of that was a mess...

Re: I have always noticed that my colors are way too soft. I think that's what I hate about the most. And although I made some progress with some colors throughout the years, the result has always ended up the same.
My digital work here is lighter, and my traditional is darker. I think I find the color wheel here too bright for me. And often confuse the shades as too light. Or it could be from my vision to make things pop from dark/light areas.
Yes, you're right with my shading problem. I often struggle with shades, I focus too much on lighter tints and darker shades. The little details that I add in always annoyed me. They're never right. But, it doesn't have to be.
