Legendaries? C'mon bro. :/ I declined the trade because I refuse ALL legendaries in trades and that Pikachu was clearly hacked. Fusion Bolt can not be learned by Pikachu.

Besides, Lv. 9 Keldeo in a Master Ball....... Couldn't be any more obvious. :/ They can only be in Cherish Balls and the lowest level they can be obtained at is Lv. 15.
