Remember when Kuruki was throne in jail for stealing gems? Well, those 'gems' are the Dragon Stones. Younger Dragonkin use them who posess the ability to transform and use high level Dragon abilities, but find it hard to do it on their own at first.
If a human uses it, however, they'll gain the abilities of the dragon's powers that's inside that particular stone. In the wrong hands, they can be very dangerous..
