ok so the start of the dream felt like a younger version of me and my brother? and we were both chilling in my old bedroom from an old house i used to live in, and we seemed to be trying to record some bionicle related thing with some figures we had, a lil story with them
as we were a little bit younger tho we had a lotta problems coordinating with eachother and considering i wanted only one take in the dream (it was all pretty improvised anyway) it was very hard for us to record
the part i remember most clearly in this area of the dream was uuh
this old guy was talking to like, four people, and i feel like he was either a boss or at least some sorta hinderance, and i remember we struggled to voice out his arrival and such
its pretty vague tho so imma move on to the next part of the dream, which was a lot more interesting

it appeared to be mario series related, and at the start there was a lot going on involving mario and luigi fighting these.. uh... things???

i don't remember what they were fighting all too well except i know they were rather freaky
it was also sorta like a mario & luigi rpg game, yknow like dream team, bowser's inside story, super star saga.. etc.
anyway, it seems mario and luigi had been losing, which caused who/whatever they were fighting to feel pity and toss them ten power up things which were in the shapes of their heads for.. some reason
also the "game" in my dream was being narrated by someone who was playing it, sounded a bit like joel from vinesauce
anyway, so mario and luigi used these powerups and managed to defeat a few of the bad guy whoever's minions, only to then lose those and get yeeted by a giant laser
i remember the two of em refused to give up tho, and uhh
suddenly a screen like if you've levelled up appeared, something to put some points towards a stat.. except you could only choose one of the two bros to do this with
i remember joel was rlly unsure who he should "level up", and confused on [cont.]

what was happening while trying to figure out who'd get better stats of the two
now uuhh, the stats of mario and luigi were mostly in the 5Os to 8Os range, and it seems that joel had 9 points to spend in upgrading luigi's stats individually
well, he didnt notice it but his chat did? he was streaming and chat pointed out luigi's "special attack" stat was going nuts occasionally, and joel went and checked it out,, and the game spat out a special of I56
which made joel (rather carelessly but w/e) pour all nine of those point things into special to boost it up, and thus, he used luigi for the next battle in going up against Big Bad Guy:tm:
i woke up sometime rlly shortly after this but i remember luigi being surrounded in green fire

so ye
that was somethin of an interesting dream i suppose
