i dont like this very much, im not pleased with it. maybe it'll grow on me with time, but for now it's meh to me.

Simon uses this form a lot, mainly because he can't play instruments in his other forms. (Well, he can drum a little in his true form with his ribbons, but aside from that...)
He makes a lot of use of his ribbons in any form that has them. In human form, he doesn't hide them as much as other Dreamers.
