Ms Miracle! by Cleric
Finally decided on the colors, for @Starzen18's contest! It took me forever to decide on what should be where! Um.. took some artistic liberties.. probably more than I should've.. I hope this looks alright, and this' a fun design: I love doing curly hair! Last but not least: the background's also what I think of when I hear/see the word: Miracle!
