rouge is very hard for me to draw due to her anatomy being uuhhh... exaggerated (and thus more realistic?) compared to most female mobians
she's fun to draw but i'm bad with anatomy pfft

also gave her a dress cuz i thought she'd look nice in one
so ye have some rouge stuffs

this is actually my first time drawing her so im pretty proud of how she turned out
