re: I've had a rough month, to say the least...That's not anything new for me though, so I'm used to it.
Do you not draw on paper at all?...I don't think that's really a good habit to get in to imho...Idk if you want to make art your profession one day, but being able to produce physical drawings are a bit of a standard in the art industry...It's also the best place for just learning, practicing and playing around with quick sketches. Not trying to be an a,sshole or anything, it's just that there's much more benifits from doing it than not doing it...

-The art industry can also be really, /really/ competitive...Think about this: What would convince a business to commission me to make their game/book cover art over someone who's art quality is better and has more years experience? A lot of art sites glorify "totally original and cartoony" artstyles, but my art style wouldn't of saved me sh,it in this scenario. It usually comes down to how versatile you're skills are and the quality of the end result...It can be a tough business to be in... :S

If you'd like to try at paper again, I know some good YT videos/channels that are very helpful with that kind of stuff, if you want... (its totally fine if you dont want to, your art, your life, y'know?...you do you)
