so now being really really stressed out isn't an excuse for yelling at someone BY ACCIDENT. and also saying sorry isn't a 'real apology' now. why is my dad like this. he just yelled at my mom. i'm scared he's going to hurt my mom

Alright, now that I'm more situated, I'm sorry that your dad's an @sshole. "It isn't my fault. It's my alcoholic mothers fault." is just a pnssy excuse for "I'm too much of a deadbeat chronic dried up hollow shell to admit that I'm wrong, so instead I'll blame it on someone else." and it's just as simple as that... Yes, in some cases that excuse is appropriate but I mean, if it's projected from his mother onto him, he's a grownass man who can GET SOME HELP AT ANY TIME IF IT'S SO BAD...
