Sargon must have been real mad about nearly three centuries worth of planning and recruiting all going down the loo because of a turned family man, a investigate-y boi, and a very angry lady.

In the story, you mentioned he sometimes would encounter groups of non humans and hunters that would be in direct opposition to him. So, then what happened in the rp was nothing new to Sargon. In his mind, this was just the group that finally did what he feared most.

Yeah, that's very true. Also, by around the halfway point of the RP, he was starting to realise that his plans might fail after all. He knew that Armin/Dianne/Jerry's group might actually succeed in beating him. But after three centuries of plotting, he didn't want to give up, so he kept moving towards his goal even after it became pretty clear that he would never accomplish it.

He was kind of insane, to be honest.

I gotta go for now, it's past 2AM here and my wifi's being switched off. :(
