re serio: "Gerent" was the "word of the day" I found on dictionary.com. I used it as a prompt because I couldn't think of anything to draw. I do this quite a lot when I've got a bit of a block.
Another title I thought of was "You Should Suck Less at this, Kid."
Not exactly as encouraging as you perceived it. =)
