Koishi Monsuta by Cleric
This guy's personalty was already here from the beginning: he's a freaking jerk.
Despite him being one of the only 3 prefects in the academy: which shows Koishi is at very least a perfectionist in every other department.. he's vile. He tries to kill Aventurine in public on several occasions and has murdered a non-magic civilian to kill a homunculi. The reason for his rage, comes from the school becoming "softer" once Aventurine was bought there...
