Velmenni Sine by Cleric
Like the other 2, his personality was thought of much later..
And he turned into a relaxed nerd(?) While Velmenni would at first look intelligent: he's NOT one of the academy's prefects, and his behaviour outside of work is.. goofy. In the one scene he's shown relaxing, him and his best friend Desi are having a serious conversation which quickly veers off to joking with/ribbing him.
