And now I think I see what you mean: teachers more so try to force stuff into your head, rather than help our persue what your interested in. I don't even think most of what schools teach is stuff you'd one would normally in real life. (Besides basic math, spelling and geography) Unless one day: trigonometry(?) is gonna start being a mandatory thing we'd need...
