One of the cops I don't like she's a female cop I only like the male cop. The female cop doesn't know how social media works and completely ignored e everything I had to say about how it worked

I hope that their safety plan helps you. I feel the best way to feel safe is to have friends with you at all times.
If your school isn't strict on pocket knives, having one in your pocket might make you feel more safe in the off chance he does actually try,
But be careful,
Using a weapon without them attacking first is not good, so only use the pocketknife if he tries to harm you
Or maybe a safer option is having scissors in a pencil box with you and have that for an emergency in case he tries to do anything
Or maybe some safer option is asking a parent for a small spray bottle you can find a semi safe solution you can use to make him freeze if you spray his eyes
Maybe water and lemon juice?

^^^ Adding onto what Alex said, getting some sort of school-approved pepper-spray would be great. Also carrying around a camera so, if it comes down to it, you can take video footage that this dude tried attacking you (though safety should always come first, only gain proof via video if your positive its safe and you can)
