I feel like if i actually had painting supplies and did this traditionally, it'd look so much better. I'm kind of a s s when it comes to digital, unless i'm referencing textures mid painting, Bob Ross' way just naturally creates all of these little details, it's amazing

This ain't bad, man! You're just being hard on yourself. I think this looks cool myself, I love the colors. LOTSA BLUEE.
I would give you some pointers on good places to get supplies (and what brands to get) for traditional art but I don't paint irl and have no clue about any of that. :^(
All I can say is, look at your work and focus on improving the areas in it that you're not happy with bit by bit.
Unhappy with texture? Focus on screwing around with it/do studies of things [like rocks, try to do a study/still life of them or better yet, multiple studies] and with time, you'll get to where you want to be.
Same goes for /anything/ else. (Perspective, palettes, etc)
