Let me elaborate on these:
1) With college coming up right around the corner, I'm going to have to devote most of my time to getting my assignments done since I can only assume how difficult it will be.
2) Even with having many ideas for art, I often have trouble deciding which ones to execute (also lowered motivation for any WIPs I have).
3[important]) I recently downloaded MediBang Paint onto my computer, so that can further improve my digital art skills on my own time.

Artsy!!!!! I'm so happy you doing alright!! Glad to know you going to college!!! You are already in the right track if you are making sure to focus on completing your assignments and all that. College is no joke lol as far as your art for, I can't wait to know what you decide to do as far as where to post your art since you are attempting to use different art sources! Hopefully all continues to go well and you'll continue making art! I wouldn't even stress about art block at all. You'll do great!!! Major luck to you, girl!!! >w<
