regina has these extra/monstrous features in the first place due to an alternate/actually main form she has, known as "the fallen"
as the fallen, she was a monstrous murderer who enjoyed killing and absorbing the souls of others to both strengthen itself and also for the thrill of it, but after several major defeats and being left in a much more vulnerable state, the fallen realized "oh, cr.ap, maybe i shouldn't do that"
the fallen /was/ human at a point in time before becoming, well, the fallen, so that's what regina/this form represents (at least somewhat)

regina is still theoretically very dangerous, and still has overly violent tendencies when in a fight.... buuuut for the most part she's very lazy and spends her days laying around and just striking up conversations with people, she's essentially settled down
she can be quite sarcastic and rude to people who get on her nerves, but to friends, she's quite chill and enjoys just hanging around.

she's accepted her past actions and thus, while not the most open about things she's done, she doesn't dwell on them and has learned from her mistakes
she's the sorta person to just drop by whenever she feels like, and she's quite confident in her strength. she'd essentially look satan in the eye and laugh whilst kicking him in the groin
she is 5'11" and seems to be around the age of I6-quite tall for her age. she doesn't actually have a proper age, and doesn't even remember when her own birthday is.

does she still use her "fallen" form often or does she stick to humanoid? i love the fallen form lol
