I don't think that Nintendo handles these servers. Colors has been around since 2OO8 or so, you can find posts from then on Colorslive.
I /think/ CS (Collecting Smiles) handles the servers. I actually don't know for sure though.

You know what is confusing? Switching back and forth between Colors and Flipnote3D XD Yeah, it is a real blessing this community is still up! I am assuming it is Colors the,selves responsible though cause Miiverse and Gallery World went kaplop
