They have one color that they cannot be no matter what and that would be green. The reason behind that is that there has only ever been one green voltrixx to ever have live. His name was Kolix. He was an unknown variant and just showed up one day a couple centuries ago. Kolix decided to try to take over the world he lived in. He didn't wish to rule it, his only desire was to destroy it. His eyes glow a vicious lime color and his markings glowed as well. He was a Royal, but had a form that was demented and destructive. He is locked away in the world he tried to destroy forever. The only other creatures there are his few followers and guards. As time goes on the Voltrixx believe Kolix to have never existed.

The voltrixx have different lengths of manes and tails. The types of manes and tails are not consistent in any way whatsoever. Most Voltrixx do cut their manes short, but others just are born that way.
The different ranks of the Voltrixx go like this:
Royal- these are born into royalty and as such have to be dignified and regal. Royal Voltrixx have a third form aside from their main and human forms, this form resembles a bird and is very beautiful. I'll do more on Royals later.

Guardian - this is the most powerful of all Voltrixx, they have a very high skill in magic and some can even have shape shifting abilities. The Guardians are the eldest of all Voltrixx and almost all have been killed of by rogues that don't want anything that powerful to dwell amongst them.

Guards - guards are in charge of just as the name implies, guarding what ever the King Royal tells them to do. Most will be found around the fortress or at gates.
Rervir- This is just the name given to the middle class. Rogue - these Voltrixx are usually on the run and hide in their human forms. They are slightly bigger than the Rervir. They are pretty good with magic.
Back into the appearances - Voltrixx can have feathering (which is the fur on their lower legs) and ear tufts which resemble feathers. The Voltrixx can have any color of markings, but are still somewhat weary of green ones. The shape and such can be anything. Those of Royal blood have a symbol somewhere on their body, and typically on the inside of their wings, signifying their Royal blood.

Speaking of blood, Voltrixx have white or silver blood. Some rare Voltrixx have other colors.
Variants: flames, ice, wind, Earth, metal, marsh (which is like earth variants) sand, jungle, galaxy, probably more when I think of them xD
