Juniper's Mother was killed when she was young and ever since then, she's never lived a free life. Up until she was 20, she was forced to take her Renashin form or die.
Afterwards, her horns would be harvested and the vicious cycle would repeat itself.
She wasn't rescued, she didn't rebel against her captors. She just managed to slip out of her cage one night and took off running. Never looking back.
