Yup she's a girl guys. :3 She's a little Snow White!
Chiaotzu is like an Uncle to her and takes care of her when Tien's out training and Launch is busy with work.
Tien never had to take care of a child so it's all new to him still. :'D
As for Launch, her good side tends to be more on the motherly and gentel side where's her bad side is very over protecive of her and a tad ruffer.
As for the baby I might remove the third eye or does it look good there? And her name I'm

Awwww, she's SO cute! Let her keep the 3rd eye! (It'll be cool if she could have four arms like Tien, too! )
Also, DANG Launch! I'm used to seeing mothers actually bringing a napkin, not pointing & laughing, lol!
