dan xD color in by coloring the layer behind the outline, then copy the color to the desired layer and delete the old one

Draw a circle. Go to layer behind it. Color in circle. Press R. Go to 3d layers button. Press & hold stylus on layer with color and drag down 1 and to right 1. Release. Then drag down 1 to delete.
