That a deep breath and remember no matter what your going through your never alone Robin, God has a plan for everything, its easy for us to just focus on the bad things, what other people say, and us just forget to trust him.
Your not alone in this, I grew up with verbal attacks, been called stupid and dumb most of my life, I might not know what happen in your life but I'm here for you and most of all God knows and will always be there for you. :)

A little think I learned is when people bring you down, look for the blessing God has given, the first one is easy, God gave you a new life, you as a believer know this, and
he gave you a new day with every morning, we might think its just other day but no two days are the same and the list go on with what he gives, it's not because we deserve it but because he loves us.

So when you're feeling lost, remember the blessing God has given :)
