Steve trowing the ender eye, while mining in the cave, looking for the end portal. But unexpective he found another ender eye while mining. He picked the ender eye, but it glow and goes into his eye. And you guest it get out of control. 3 week later, it turn into fully enderman, but with conscious. It changing his color throught his eye.
This is the first time, it went throught the max.
