Like Yoni Dev got a new look as well. His old chothes got torn up from a fight so this was a new suit made for him. It's made from the same tech as Yoni's cyborg body. The coat was giving to him Nel since she knows he likes that kind of style. *^*
Also if you where to see his bare chest he now has a blue glowing scar on his chest. It's never gonna heal and changes his life...

If Dev where to charge up to his max power and change to his other form he would be as strong as SSB Goku!
The wound on his chest was again given to him by his father it can't heal. Which is bad cuz over time it's going to take his life.
You may not be able to see it here but Dev's lower arms, chest, and lower legs are light green like his face, ears and attenas.
