Ihave no motivation or inspiration to draw rn but I learned this recently so im just sharing. If you have any tips for art here then comment bellow for me and others #tutorial#wolf#dog#hat#fluffy#cute#shading
*randomly looks through stuff* *this catches my eye* Oh!
This works for lots of stuff, but the colors to use for shadows and light vary depending on the surroundings of [thing].
For example, outside on a sunny afternoon with few to no clouds, shadows will have a much bluer look than they would at a sunset when the sky's orange-y or purple-y.
And indoors, the color of the paint or wallpaper or whatever will affect shadow colors.
The color of the object itself also affects how the colors of light and shadow look on it, light colors are more affected by their surroundings than dark colors.
