i Cant Fit this But How She Creates The Portals is She Blows Bubbles Where She Wants a Portal to be and it Appers as Long as its in Range. she Doesnt Need any Thing to do it but They are Dangerious if only Apart of Someone is Teleported Then its as Good as a Weapon and isnt Pretty, so She Trys to Not Cut them in Half.
