Cute! Thanks for the fanart of him (no one knows about them lol). Also on your keyboard (on the 2ds) press the button with an arrow pointing up and where the 3 should be you'll find the #.

I succeed but I had to change the language of my 2ds , in French the # is not present on the keyboard
