I hope it comes soon. Look through all of your email like Nova said. If it isn't their by tomorrow (btw i mean 24 hours from when you asked for it) then you need to contact them and have them send another one. I hope this gets resolved soon.

All I can say is make sure you have the email typed right. And if it doesn't come in maybe your account had a differnt email you don't remember?
