Hello, everyone! I'm not dead (though I almost was)!
Sorry for not posting for a while, we've been having to deal with the aftermath of a pretty bad storm for like... nine... no, ten months, now? Nothing makes you appreciate life quite like surviving a category five hurricane, hahaha

They say painting can be therapeutic, and I do feel a little better after painting this.
At any rate, I'm just happy to be alive. We're doing better, but there's still so much work to be done...

Michael.... my memory sucks so much ahh-- didn't michael hit.. SC, NC & VA? I think? I think NC got hit with two hurricanes last year, I remember going out and seeing the wild flooding in places after florence hit in september (in NC) then another round of something in october...
Anyway, aw man I'm sorry to hear you've been dealing with the aftermath of michael for almost a year now.
The other week, I looked at a post of mine that you commented on and realized I hadn't seen any posts from you in a while, now I know why.
Good thing that you're okay (as in, not dead)--
