i need to make a super close up of the necklace/amulet thing. the crystal in it is hexagon shaped which looks flower-y from a distance (*shakes fists angrily at colors' tiny canvases* REEEE IF I DIDNT HAVE TO SACRIFICE DETAIL ALL THE TIME TO FIT STUFF IN AND NOT CLUTTER UP THE PICS*)

flower themed accessories is a neat idea though... i might hafta incorporate that somewhere :p

also young raph is quiet, shy, seems sad... always wanted to try to be helpful... those have been prominent traits of his since the start lol

he was a weak kiddo, got sick a lot more than his peers and at times had to be isolated when any virus/sickness (like a flu of some kind) spread through, he was - and still is - more susceptible to things that most purebloods arent terribly affected by.

(i tell ya, having weak magic really screws a pureblood up in basically every way lolol rip. those accessory things tie into this--)

fairly early on, raph took on the mantle of looking after his siblings much of the time, and in his teens "the babysitter" might as well have been his nickname. he's actually pretty good with kids as a result of it.
(he's eternally awkward and clumsy with some subjects though, and too many questions fries his mind X"D)

ive considered making pics referencing this for a long time (over a year) but still have yet to. the scene idea of him seeing a--

--mare with a tiny crying foal, asking her if he may help, and proceeding to get the kid calmed (baffling the mare lol) is one ive had for a long time, i want to draw it.. eventually. /so much to draw, so little time, motivation, patience, and more im forgetting/

aaaa i want to type more & draw but my index finger hurts where the stylus presses against it (and has for few days), salty tears. i should practice and start drawing & typing with my left hand so i can say "HA" to this lol.

anyway, speaking of purebloods, ive been trying to figure --(oh, bon jovi's "dead or alive" just started playing on my radio... that's raph's unofficial theme lololol)--- out a better name for them, pureblood doesnt roll off the tongue too well. ive been looking up some words to see them in other languages and make a mash up name that reflects purebloods' prominent traits (tall, long lived, their horns, etc) but my brain hasnt cooperated.

i want to give their name some sort of native american reference or something because theyre inspired from natives in ways (the long black hair that's special to them, for example!) but the ol brain aint cooperating. fffffff lol.
