So on my 3ds it says something like "profile was not created on colors and cannot be shown".. can someons tell me what may be going on and how to fix it? also, I did create my description in this app

btw I just saw that it says your desc. wasn't created in colors!3D. did you by any chance make it on the website on your 2DS/3DS? You may have to make it again... I went into acc settins my profile on the website on my 2DS and then it said it wasn't created in colors!3D so then I had to make a new one (my current desc.)

make the description on your 2ds/3ds and that should fix it

Maybe try once more? And if it still acts up, maybe email colors?
