Okay so this is another one of my old pets (recently painted) and because of that, the name isnt great. I thought flotsams looked like sharks with a horn (i hadnt heard of narwhals yet) and so I named her sharkhorn.
I imagine she is a diplomat from Darigan Citadel who currently resides in Meridell. She is very proper, a noblewoman, and old (like a stern granmother figure, but not quite that old). She has fun messing with youngsters of terrifying made up tales of

what she can do. She can mainly get away with this because she is actually harmless and tiny, but it is kind of entertaining to watch. The adults know she is joking anyways. Mostly.
She helps maintain good relations between Meridell and Darigan Citadel mainly, but occassionly she does travel to the other countries as well. As such, she has friends all over the world and is knowlegdable about many cultures and customs.
For the kids who aren't jerks, she's more than willing to teach them about the places she's traveled.
As a show of unity with Meridell, she supports the Meridell team for the Altador Cup.
