on doing the ledge dash thing, if you do a turn around and shield, that can help you figure out the timing for it, like-- you turn around and start holding shield, the time your char doesnt shield (is stuck in the turn around animation) is the timing to do the A/B press

if youve noticed me doing turn arounds and shielding as chars i dont play as much (so almost anyone other than terry pffft ilovehimtoomuch) im doing that to see how i should time stuff. :'^)

christ the lag us jumbling up my inputs. im trying to do short hop fastfall bairs and im jabbing and /fsmashing/?? what? how does one fsmash with a tilt c-stick input

oh and on the low-to-the-ground terry bairs, get yourself familiar with bair's timing (the startup/how long it takes for the hitbox to come out) and you can play around with timing the move and fastfalling to hit low with it.

when i do it i short hop>bair at apex of short hop (so i can fastfall whenever i want)>fastfall and alter the timing of stuff depending on how low i wanna hit

it takes getting used to but once youre so used to it that you have muscle memory for it, you can do it without thinking

a lot of smash stuff is muscle memory tbh partucularly movement related stuff.

you dont have to do power waves before the crackshoot if im where you want to go (the right of the stage)

i do the power waves before crackshoot to turn around cause autoturn lol

the crackshoots that i did were the strong (A button held) variant so id go farther.

KOF less so cause of its team thing (the teams turns me off from it)

when you jump into the spikes, hold your stick diagonally upwards to the right, that makes you get knocked into the ceiling where you can tech instead of being knocked almost purely horizontally to the left.

ive done this "jump into the spikes" thing since like 2OI5 (did it on sm4sh) and verrrry few people ive seen online know to DI the spike hit so they can tech the ceiling :s
