mostly body and anatomy practice actually
tried to differentiate body types (even slightly) between my few human(oid) characters, then drew my family's body types, then some mobian/sonic-esque stuff

that's the exact problem metal has
when he first became neo metal and then metal overlord it was a turning point in his life and he truly became an individual, and was able to truly do everything he wanted
but he was also mad with power
for metal sonic now, at least in the tec rps, with him trying to become independant of eggman again and also try to redeem himself, he just thinks to metal overlord and just
he always wanted to become powerful like that again, it's-- kind of like when you become addicted something and desperately want it back when it's taken
metal feels as if he wants to become metal overlord again whenever he remembers the power he had, and due to his current, changing mindset, he's terrified of metal overlord and almost of himself for wanting to be a power hungry megalomaniac again

he namely started thinkin of all this cuz it started raining and storming, and it made him think of his experience as neo metal/metal overlord since his highest and lowest point of his life (highest becoming metal overlord, lowest losing as metal overlord) were both in that thunderstorm at the end of heroes

he ended up telling king sonic via images on his monitor eyes and king sonic tried the best he could to comfort the boy
,,,, king sonic also questioned if his usually very cheery/upbeat attitude was annoying to metal, especially in this case

metal basically asked himself just
"WHO EVEN AM I ANYMORE?..."

he and king ended up comforting eachother and just having a sweet moment where they hugged
and that says smth cuz metal doesn't do hugs usually

and thats when metal realized that they were being watched by one of infinite's phantoms and had a panic

i distinctly remember the beginning was some sonic riders racing thing
and i was racing against gary??? and he was really good at the game????????? he was plain ol sonc while i was metal sonic w/ the yellow scarf and an air ride
i distinctly remember we always talked on discord between races (somehow it was 7 pm for both of us :thinking:)
i eventually remember we started discussing rp stuffs and he wanted to use an archie comics character? charles i think his name is, who's sonic's heckin grandpa
it's really vague but i remember somehow racing against charles with metal and then i did some time trail mode in which metal went up this giant collapsing(?) towr thing that had extreme vibes to the metal overlord fight area
the dream eventually somehow ended up with me playing a party game esque thing with metal knux?? [cont.

and i was specifically playing this one where you're launched up and on the way down you need to s t a b pins into these bullseyes to get points
i did a bit of a gliding thing to slow myself down at a few points and thus managed to get first
which got me a prize and a ticket to talk to someone
metal knux went to do that and i remember he questioned a clerk if he could take stuff with him
they said yes and so he took a dirty cape (not red, white?) and scarf (cant remember color) with him
and guess who he went to talk to
heckin inJURED AF SONIC
metal knux was questioning sonic for details on what happened to him and wanting to know "where metal sonic went" and sonic had some sorta lead
sonic wasnt able to provide much except that metal was quote, ""losing it"" and had to be stopped soon or smth
and was directin metal knux to go back in time or some cr.ap
i eventually remember some sorta cut and another riders level with metal knux, he was using a wheel (same abilities as bike)

i don't remember the level well at /all/ in question but i do remember failing a few times despite it being short
i woke up after some ominous shot with metal's silhouette in front of dark purply sunset clouds occurred

this explanation was a bit long but the dream itself was all incredibly short somehow
