Okay, so Tiller's backstory.
She grew up in Tyrannia, but found all the visitors strange. After learning to understand their language, she picked up on everyone saying how her home was "lost to time". Which she didn't understand as hiw could her home be lost? It was right there!
So she left Tyrannina to see what was so great about the rest of the world. She swam to a couple islands, and an underwater city, but she didn't see anything that caught her attention.
Until Meridell. That place had buildings made out of stone that were all sorts of different sizes and shapes, yet the stones were all the same size. How?
While examining the architecture, she met a flotsam who spoke her language. And so began learning about Meridell from her, and how to speak Neopets Common.
She supports Tyrannia for the Altador Cup.
